A career is a route, not a ladder.
OneParcours is where candidates and mentors meet on a career path, with an AI agent to talk things through whenever you need to. Parcours is French for the journey you take: its turns count as much as where it ends.
How it works
-
Candidates
Set out on your own terms.
Create an account in a minute. You don't need an invitation, and you don't need to know where you're heading yet.
-
The agent
Think out loud, at any hour.
Talk through a role, an interview or your next step with an AI agent. Your conversations are kept, so you can come back to them, and they're open only to you in the app.
-
Mentors
Walk part of the way with someone.
Mentors join by invitation, and invite the candidates they want to accompany. Each candidate can see who their mentor is, and each mentor who they're walking with.
